Public consultation event on the future use of St Nicholas' Hereford

Hereford Diocese seeks to engage public opinion on the future of  St Nicholas' Church, Hereford. It is an integral part of Hereford’s architectural landscape and is a much-loved building by many in the community. Following the completion of the first consultation phase earlier this year, the Church Parochial Council is working in partnership with Hereford Diocese to seek to engage the opinion of residents, historians and any other interested parties on the preferred way forward for the future of this building.


New grant fund open to churches in the diocese

Hereford Diocese is pleased to announce that it has received a share of £6.2 million allocated across dioceses by the Church of England. The Diocese has received £123,750 to give in grants of up to £12,000 for minor repairs and improvements to church buildings before the end of 2025.
