The Bishop and Patrons seek a priest who:
- has a love of people, is an excellent communicator, with a desire and confidence to engage with people of all ages.
- has a living faith, with a passion for creative ministry.
- has a vision and confidence to introduce change in parish structures for their future sustainability.
This benefice offers a priest:
- A collaborative and supportive group of parishes who use lay and clergy-led services to provide a constant presence in the community.
- A welcoming rural community with expanding population and two primary schools.
This is role is split with 80% of time for the parishes and 20% with the Deanery.
