Job Details:
The Ministry Development Officer will be a key part of delivering the diocesan strategy through working with lay and ordained leaders across the diocese. This is a role with a broad scope and the opportunity to contribute significantly to the culture of the diocese through the support and creation of programmes which enable all of our ministers to develop, from the point of commissioning, admission or ordination and throughout their time in ministry. If you are passionate about seeing people grow and develop in ministry, and have the wisdom and experience to appreciate the complexities of rural parish life as well as new worshipping communities, we would love to hear from you.
