God calls and gifts all people for different ministries to bring glory to His name and keep the Church alive today and future generations. Some are called to take leading roles in particular areas of ministry in their local churches. In Hereford Diocese we believe that it is important to recognise and nurture churches, looking continually to equip them for mission today and for future generations, in order that our churches may grow spiritually, missionally and numerically.
