Through our developing vision of Shared Local Ministry, we are seeking to build on the strengths that already exist within our churches.
These six new roles come at a significant moment in the life of the Diocese.
We are looking for clergy rooted in their relationship with Jesus and genuinely sustained by a life of prayer, who combine pastoral sensitivity with strong leadership and excellent interpersonal skills. This is not simply a strategic role, nor simply a pastoral one. It requires those who can encourage others, develop leaders, build trust, navigate change with wisdom and help people discover the gifts God has given them for ministry and mission.
