Our QUIET DAY - The Gift Givers: reflections on paintings of Mary, Martha and Jesus - led by the Very Revd Nick Bury is at Hennor House near Leominster on Thursday 17th May. It's from 10am to 3.30pm, and you'll need to take your own lunch. There are a few places left - please book with Liz - 01432 373306.

This month there are articles about the continuing work of the Bye Buy Childhood Campaign; Violence against women and girls; the Law Commissions proposals on inheritance; Children's access to parents plus a New year Reflection by Joyce Rupp.
Midday Prayers are led by Mothers' Union members every second Thursday of the month in the Lady Chapel of Hereford Cathedral. Members from Bucknell will be there on Thursday 14th June.

The next Diocesan Council takes place on Monday 11th June at St Peter's Hall, Ludlow.
At the Diocesan Council on 28th November Mo Williams gave a fascinating and informative talk about her work with the South Shropshire Women's Refuge. There was mention of the Domestic Violence Helplines. The telephone numbers are:
